I watched the game live. That Concord-Burwood Wolves team were huge. Bigger than the under 18s teams that followed them.

Why was it OK for the storm to sign Stefano for $200k less than we offered but it’s not OK for the Chiefs to do it with Hudson Young?

Matt King is leaving too right to coach the Blues.

I think we are more valuable to the NRL as “loveable losers”.

What does it make us? They beat us with an average performance.

It’s infuriating that this happens to professional league players. Not just the tigers either.

Story of our season. Dominate the first half but can’t score any points from it. Red zone attack putrid all season.

What’s the height/weight for BVD?

Consistent pathways.

The Broncos old boys willingly torpedoed the club/team after Kevvie was sacked. Gordon Tallis was the leader of this. Even when Madge won the comp in his first year they didn’t entirely pipe down.

Because making players’ salaries in the cap public would lead to some eye opening revelations which would be anecdotal evidence that there must be illegal top ups which would bring into question the integrity of the salary cap and the game more broadly. Basically, the NRL doesn’t want the...

The rabbits and roosters playing in the last round is a massive disadvantage to both of them as the bash each other the week before the finals.

General play is very good, I can easily forgive a missed 20/40, but his passing has been a problem most of the season. It’s one of the reasons we find it hard to strip numbers on edge. He needs to take a step to deliver the ball and it’s still a slow looping pass.

I was at the game today. Some thoughts. • Herbert threw the last pass for our first three tries. And two of them were beauties. Herbert is good enough for a spot in our top 30. • Luai just stifles the attack, as opposed to Jock who digs in and creates space for his outside men. On Skelton’s...

Sam was limping very badly coming off the field today. Right foot issue. The limp was so bad he could be done for the season.

Near flawless tonight.

John Hopoate has a post up on Facebook insinuating the alleged rape by the 3 x St Gregs boys involves Wests Tigers pathways/Western Suburbs Magpies aligned players. He has named Wests and has the Wests Tigers logo on his post. Although the post seems more about racism and nepotism and that these...

Did you mean “pay” for it?

Gus only ever goes to clubs that have a big junior catchment, lots of money or preferably both. Which makes the odds of him coming to the tigers very remote.

I would be very careful on the length and value of the next contract we are apparently negotiating with Latu. We already have him under contract for 2027. I am one of his biggest fans but his body and tackling technique keep letting him down.
