It’s a good depth signing and always handy having a backup half that’s played a bit of first grade. I’ve watched him a bit at Brisbane and thought he went ok.

In all honesty I think for Benji to be a certainty as coach next year he’ll have to win ten games this season. Any less with this squad is a poor season. Not saying ten is great either but Richo and co can spin a few close losses here and there to justify it. 7 doesn’t cut it.

The only reason to fast (outside of religious reasons) is to restrict calorie intake/go into a calorie deficit. There’s literally no other benefit to it. I can’t believe our coaching and performance staff allow for this. He’s just going to be depleted and lethargic.

The team selections and interchange reeks of a coach who’s clueless, directionless and is clutching at straws. Reminds me of when Fittler was at the Roosters in 2009 and played Anasta in fullback. Roosters had the sense to sack him that year and move onto an experienced coach in Smith.
