Can someone clarify what the point was that Justin was trying to make about the fans complaining about the flags? As someone else pointed out, ironic that he had only just spoken about standards of excellence.

I think he was pointing out that people get up early to set up the field. It’s called life.

Yeah, a dig at people who nit pick.

We all deal with those types of people every day in our working lives. I was watching the show with a Director of a company whose words were, “get the flags right”

Cutting corners may seem ok to some people, but it gets you in the end. Ask our coaches.

Before the doco, some people were guessing and speculating things about Madge, But
what i've seen from the doco. confirms my belief that Madge is not only a Gentlemen, he is also a articulate speaker, very passionate about his job, knows how to connect with every player,
and knows how and when to send instructions onto the field but this time we saw that the person who was supposed to take the
Instruction on the field was very slow to react.

I think it also might compare the difference in squads in regards to Ivan vs Madge. I would say current team is more talented but lacks the experience and mental capacity to do their jobs week in week out. The likes of Matulino, Elijah Taylor, Corey Thompson, Robbie Farah, Chris Lawrence heck even Robbie Rochow and Josh Reynolds, Russel packer to a lesser degree. These players are just solid journeymen towards the end of their careers. With the speed of today's game, they'd get crucified. Towards the end of Ivan's stint and the onset of Madge's tenure, Matt Eisenhuth and Paul Momirovski.

I think the current approach is working because of the high demand of talent and dynamic of how the game is played. By the sounds of things, the club is looking at recruiting 100-150 games experience to compliment that.

The release of the doco was planned well before the win against the Broncos. It just a happy coincidence.

It's to coincide with us going on a run, securing a position in the 8 and going on to win the Grand Final.

The whole thing has been set up by the NRL Master, Peter V'landis, didn't you pay attention when he who must be obeyed tipped success for us at the start of the season.

I'd like to watch it but I find Michael Maguire so unlikable to watch, his demeanour, how he 'fires up' like an angry old man who lost his money at the TAB.

I'll try put that aside to watch it =p
