Oh my god I can't believe people are so obsessed with pascoes wardrobe

Just because he's a CEO doesn't mean he should be in a suit the whole time. He was dressed fine, he just has a crap haircut lol. He's allowed to wear casual clothes when he's not at work

Its ridiculous isn't it - no pleasing the PC brigade. They will find fault in anything.

The saying goes "Don't judge a book by it's cover"

Not that you should judge anyone - but if you do, judge Pascoe on his achievements and his failures, not on what he is wearing or on his haircut.

Far as I can see his only failures were "The Farah Fiasco" and "Hiring the Traitor" - who new that would happen. Cleary sucked in 90%+ just on the Forum alone.

On the other hand, add all the achievements Pascoe has since he as been CEO and the scales say he is a big winner.

"Pascoe has to go" some say - get a life, start bagging the people NOT pulling their weight - you have plenty to choose from.

Well ok then next time I have an interview forget a shirt and tie do a Pascoe and wear a t-shirt for a doco filming.
Even if you can't play golf at least try and look like a golfer
Perception has a part to play regarding professionalism

They were interviewing him at his own house? You put a suit on in your house?

for a doco yes I would
it screams unprofessional

Mate if Pascoe wore a suit at his house, there'd be people coming on here saying "what's the deal with a suit at his own house? What a FRAUD for the cameras".

He wears a suit to work, that's OK isn't it?

mate looked poor a CEO for God sake
not having a go as he has done some good things with the club but it looked ordinary lacked professionalism you would never see other CEO's of business being interviewed in t-shirt it just looked crap

Mate you ever seen Mike Cannon-Brookes interviewed? Bloke is as casual as they come

Feel sorry for that kid. Missed the 1 in a lifetime gf win

You don’t need to feel sorry for Lachlan. He is my son whose loyalty and passion for the Wests Tigers is without question.

He has been to every game this year up to Round 16 until the Covid restrictions kicked in. Regardless of the result he will always stay until the very end and when the players leave the field he claps them off to show his support.

He loves this club win, lose or draw. I think we could all learn a thing or two from him.

Good boy, stick solid.

I didn't watch the doco and I won't watch it. I don't know who at the club thought it was a good idea. It seems though that it will only serve to create more questions than answers and embolden those who have an agenda to spew forth here with their "answers".

Some of you should be embarrassed by what you've offered here. Usual suspects though, so not surprising.

What hypocritical bollocks. You should be embarrassed for passing comment on something you've proudly proclaimed you haven't (and won't) actually watch.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the first installment, notwithstanding having to re-live all those losses for a second time.

My takes were:

- Madge
really like madge! Great to see his personality. Found him pretty funny in the box.
My favourite was when Ute had a run and madge said ' go you big bugger!'

- Assistants
Priority! Looks like madge does everything. Need an upgrade asap. Eberyone is quiet, look like passengers. Old mate at the back on his phone was a worry. Doesn't look like any senior assistant that can take pressure of madge and be a link with players.

- Pascoe
I'm not stressed by looks etc. But the standards he holds sets the tone for the club. The line about being casual may if been a slip but doesn't set a good impression. Saying we do things like most clubs, not good enough. We need to be better than every club and stay better. We need a new CEO.

- leadership group. Tamou, Deouhi, Twal, Noffa , Brooksy. Missing some authority in that group.
I'd say Deouhi will be the only one still in the group in 2 years time

Can someone clarify what the point was that Justin was trying to make about the fans complaining about the flags? As someone else pointed out, ironic that he had only just spoken about standards of excellence.

He said his people bust their arse on game day to set things up, work hard all day to make an event happen, but the fans only see the outside of that, turning up to a game and just expecting it to all run smoothly and easily.

So he said it gets frustrating when someone emails him to say the flags were crooked.

Well said mate some grown adults acting like children on here, we need to stay loyal like your son. P.s the wt alam clock that tells the time was priceless

I'll tell you what, it's a killer, they show 1 hour of footage and the most talked about component is still Pascoe's hair. Of all the behind-scenes footage so far, it's the CEO's hair, which we already know all about.

Pascoe's hair needs its own thread, people have been banging on about it for a few years now.

Thats awesome! Well done Macca! Your son reminded me of when I was his age and footy was the whole world. Meeting a footy player was like meeting a God. And I was following wests in the early 90s - so it wasn't too dissimilar to the quality fo team we have now.

Your son helped to remind me how special the game is and not to get too cynical- even when we might be at the wrong end of the scoreboard.

Great job to you, your partner and your son!

Just to repeat, I'm not worried about Pascoe's dress, it's the way he talks and what he talks about that worries me. Maybe they edited his interview badly but he doesn't seem to be pushing standards and expectations, instead he seems a little arrogant and too casual.

You sound a little too judgmental

Spot on about Pascoe and our leaders. If people haven’t heard Trent Robinson speak, that needs to be the prototype for your leader/s. Leaves no stone unturned, those flags would be faultless on his watch.

She was great and she definitely has a soft spot for the Tigers. She is the real deal and has stayed in touch with my wife since the filming and goes out of her way to say hello when we have seen her at games.

Her husband, Chris O’Keefe tagged along for the filming to support her and he was really engaging and friendly too.

Finally able to watch this, shout to @Demps the legend for the help.

My thoughts:

* Pascoe is an embarrassment of a CEO - professionalism starts at the top, and he looks like a mess. That's the face of our organisation for god's sake.

* @Macca0806 kid the highlight of the episode with some great lines. Congrats mate, special to have that memory.

* Madge is not the problem, but everyone around him seems to be. Our coaching box is full of inept useless sacks of poo. Love Dwyer, and appreciate the club looking after him - but not sure what he offers, at least in the box - maybe we just didn't see it. Everyone else looked like they were dragged off the streets. I'd be more useful in that box.

* Underwhelming first ep all-round, didn't find it all that insightful tbh. A lot of cut-out footage, and not enough coach/payer conversations/opinions.

I’d love to hear the banter before the show when they plan out how they’re going to get stuck into the Tigers, it’s all premeditated so I’d like to understand the motive a bit better.
