The Tigers have just about everything firing apart from the first grade team atm. NSW Cup, Flegg, COE, Sponsorship the list goes on.

Something has to be seriously wrong somewhere with our inability to attract talent at reasonable prices.

I think it's the "reasonable prices" that is the main issue of late?

I think it is the success our side has had on the field.

Probably doesn't help, but other sides (e.g. Broncs and Dogs) are signing players, from all reports on big dollars?

So they have a record of 3 finals in 21 years? Think about that for a moment. Unless we are going to pay overs than it is going to be difficult to get established stars to come here.

I’m not disagreeing with you, I am aware of our history, but the comment was made that we can’t attract players, I don’t think we should, but we could attract them if we wanted to pay overs, like some of the others are doing.

It's true, we could pay overs, but when you are battling 2 other teams willing to pay overs you end up paying overs + more. I don't disagree with paying overs for the right players, but we may need to wait for the right market conditions to do so.

I hope the tactical talks have been edited out because he seems like a cheerleader so far.

Well it's answered some questions. When we play like strangers the coach can see it too. What a crap job he has. I'm not surprised some of the players are acting up if they've watched this but hopefully it's for the best long term.
