It's been half a decade since I made this thread, I've updated the title, I wonder if the last 15 years have taught us anything (at all) and what further changes we need to be making as an organisation.

Cause it ain't working chief.


Thank God you resurrected this thread. I have been lost for an opportunity to ***lament*** the condition of the Tigers or generally bleat and moan about our lack of success.

I only bumped this thread because at this point, it's pretty clear that the playing group isn't the root of the problem.
