2 points from spoon

Don't give up hope. The competition is so crowded that two points from the bottom is not all doom and gloom at this stage of the season. I believe that after last Saturday Taylor will see the error of his ways and will change the way we play to a more attacking, competitive level. I also believe that he will also be more willing to replace, with enthusiastic players who have reasonable talent, some first grade players who appear unenthused and not playing to at least the level required of first grade.

I think he will replace players. Lawrence is the most obvious example. I hope he can see the error of his ways but I'm not sure. I really hope that he does because otherwise I think we are getting the spoon unless the players rebel. The players must be embarrassed at the moment.

Love your optimism, but geez I hope Taylor does get some kind of attack sorted in our bye week off.

Have a look at our roster and have a look at the way we have been playing and tell me where our next win is going to come from????

I just can not see us beating any team, but I would imagine we will get a team on a bad day and jag a win or two but I think we are specials for the spoon and they maybe what the clubs needs to hit rock bottom

Hey dont worry Snake, given the way Canberra and the Dogs played today they are surely headed for the spoon too.

These teams playing energetic attractive football are so yesterday.. . . .

Yes I'll give you that it was entertaining…..Fact is however Canberra at Full Strength V a Dogs side missing 2 of their best forwards their Half and both Morris twins couldn't beat them and walked away with 0 competition points...

Bet Raiders Fans are cheering they scored 34 points...wooooooo

Not sure what you arguing here, that Canberra fans will be unhappy. I think its safe to say they are a little more happy than Wests Tigers fans.

Just a little lol.

I don't even think our roster is that bad.

Props/Locks:- Galloway/Woods/Taupua/ Lodge/Sue/Ava - that is a really good bunch here. It must be up there with the best in the comp.
2nd Rowers:- Siro, Lawrence, Lovett, Halatau - this is obviously a weak area however if they are played to their strengths I think they can do the job.

Spine:- Robbie, Brooks, Moses & Tedesco - I see plenty of talent here. Robbie is slowing down but he is the SOO captain. Brooks and Moses miss some tackles but they can both come up with some good plays.

Outside backs:- Simona & Nofo are quality. Nofo has some errors in him at centre but they are both good. Naquama is a decent player. Richards is a plodder with a great kicking game. I think that this is our weak area though especially with Simona and Nofo out.

Still that team can win some games. Its the coach that needs to get the most out of the squad and who is stuffing us up.

You've made exactly the right point. Where is the improvement going to come from? How can Brooks, Moses, Farah et al suddenly find some attacking genius when they haven't showed it for most of the season? …. supposedly under the Taylor masterplan? Taylor is a stubborn boofhead working at a level that is beyond his talents. Exactly what are his credentials for having the job that he does?

Get rid of Sheens, get rid of Potter, get rid of Taylor.

Oh" good who have we got Parrish, Barrett or ….?????

Fantastic - clear the trophy cabinet (for the spoon that is!)

At no stage have I ever said get rid of Taylor,in fact I have said the last thing we need is a new coach, what we need is a roster overhaul and that is a very hard thing for any club to under take with the constraints of the salary cap and the players existing contract arrangements.
