I hope its not 2x2x8 then

Great to see, at least there is some encouragement for us in the future that we may return to 6x6!

Great news….but isnt Cambo going to be unavailable for half the season?

Join the dots.

Pretty sure Cambo gets the home games in the second half of the season.

so Campbelltown will probably get:

Round 19:
Wests Tigers vs North Queensland Cowboys

Round 21:
Wests Tigers vs Sharks

Round 23:
Wests Tigers vs Penrith Panthers

Round 25:
Wests Tigers vs Melbourne Storm

You mean we will have a real home ground advantage for 8 of 12 home games??
Thinks are looking up

That's brilliant.

Credit should go to Humprhies. He effectively made this his mandate with his statement upon taking the role. Already he's returned two games. That's impressive work. If we could just manage to squeeze another two games to make it 5 at each home ground I could live with that. Couldn't blame the club for moving the Souths and Parramatta games to the SCG/SFS to make some quick cash.

Some credit should go to Humphries.

However alot of credit should go to Longmuir who tried to get this idea going for the 2009 season and allowed an option in our contract with the Trust to do this

Maybe the club has secured a lucrative sponsorship deal which means we don't have to rely as heavily on the SFS revenue anymore, and the ultimate aim is to get closer and closer to a 6x6 split.

Perhaps they are just confident that Lote will bring even bigger crowds!

Alien, do you know if Campbelltown will be ready by Round 15 when we play the Raiders? Always makes sense playing them there … unless it's a Friday or Monday night :brick:

Cant wait for the top eight betting to come out i'll be having a little dabble on us for sure, we're overdue and the home grounds have to help us win those few games that we lose by 2 points every year that seem to end up being the difference between making the 8 and missing it.

Great news

Those extra 2 games at the traditional ground can be the difference between 9th and 8th.

Too right Eddie,…..it's only being 4 years, but the club has finally woken up to that fact. They know that the club can't afford to miss the 8 for a 5th season since winning the Premeirship. It has to make a difference, but I go out on a limb and say it's the difference between 9th and 4th.
