2010 Jersey Vote 2

As set 2 was the winner it will be sent to Wests Tigers with a message stating that it is the chosen option of the fan forum for next years jersey.

However as there were suggestions made for changes to the orange jersey I have decided to let you choose which version you prefer.

The options are:

Also it was suggested that we have a striped jersey. As I have only created one jersey with stripes I am giving you the option to choose whether to include it or not.

At the moment I have nothing in my head in regards to more designs.

All of our jerseys (except the current set) are referenced within this design, they have just been modified slightly.

2000-02 - Stylised version of the original V

2003-04 - The 3 downward stripes

2005-07 - The 3 downward stripes + the upward stripes

Absolutely love the striped jersey. Just out of curiosity. How does that look with orange being the dominant colour? I love it how it though. Would look great with black shorts.

Even though it seems like an orange version would work, the same design where the black and orange is switched, the orange dominates the other colours too much, the black version allows the three colours to work with each other, it doesn't work the other way around.

The winner of the orange vote along with the black version that has already been voted on and the striped one if the yes vote wins will get sent to the tigers as the forums suggestion for next years jerseys.

To be honest, I like the current kit. I think the predominate Gold and Black Jerseys are two of the best jerseys going around in the game. They aren't too busy or adventurous on the eye. They are simple, yet effective. Wests look smart in both strip's. As much as I find the jersey designs brilliant, I sincerely hope Wests stick with the current fashion. But the chance of that happening when sporting organisations rely heavily upon merchandise for revenue, not very likely.

There was originally only going to be one, then there was a suggestion for the striped jersey and the change to the orange so I needed to do a second vote, this vote will be it.

Yes, this is just a supplemental vote for the alteration to the orange and the striped jersey.

I don't think that my designs are the be all and end all but the reason that I am suggesting my designs as the forums choice is because on both the old forum and now this one there have been statements like:

Also up until last week I was not even going to submit any designs to the club as I really didn't feel that I was good enough at designing jerseys to even be considered by the club, even with comments like the above (that appeared after I had put them up on the old forum). But after the 2010 jersey topic comments appeared without me even posting any designs on here I felt that perhaps my work was good enough to be submitted as a suggestion that was supported by a larger group.
