I'm thinking that regardless of whether we progress deeper onto the Semis or exit prior to playing in the Grand Final that our campaign for 2010 has been a success.
In retrospect my early analysis…
The clubs recruitment and retention has been excellent (Considering we aren't one of the richest clubs), Speculative recruits such as Flanagan, Brown and Daniella have all payed their part at times are part of the team. Lote has been wonderful, Mckinnon when fit will be a weapon. Only Cayless hasn't really lived up to expectation due to injury.
Despite Injuries to TNT, Moltzen, Moors and other key personal at various times of the season, our team has won games we have lost in the past. Finishing the regular season in 3rd on for/against is an achievement.
I am very proud of the Coach Sheens and his team and the work the back office has done...
The youngsters coming through are stepping up Lui, Aysford, Fifita, Murdoch, Dwyer, Latu (Meaney even shows promise) are really going to ensure that we will have a solid squad in years to come.
2011 is going to be even better.
Well done Wests Tigers.
