Guyz, Lawrence won't get within a country mile of the Dally M. i'm not trying to rubbish the guy or anything like that, its just I can't ever remember a Centre winning it. I think Centre of the year is a more realistic chance. Also, I'm not convinced he'll last the whole season without missing games. I alwayz think about what Sheens said about how, after the dislocated hip, he's alwayz going to have problems with his hammy's

Lui might take some points off Thurston this year. Most of the top teams will have a number of star players sharing the points rather then a particular person dominating most games (Marshall/Farah, Cronk/Smith/Slater, Maloney/Johnson)

thought the same thing when i saw ppl had him up there. even when greg inglis won the golden boot in 2009, he didnt get in the top 10 of dally m votes.

Considering 43% of Dally M Winners have been Halfbacks and 23% have been Five Eighths, its pretty obvious they favour the playmakers rather than worker and tryscorers…
