Miller had a blinder for the Jnr Kangaroos tonight….he's ready for FG...!

We have a new coach comming he will be our halfback and no more shuffling if theres injuries cant wait for next year.

And you know this how?

Full strength there isn't a spot for anasta in the 13, maybe bench but even then it's a stretch

Agree with this.

He's not a 7 and we have bigger and more impactful players in lock/second row (Bell, Fults, Pettybourne, BMM, Siro).

Benji must go back to 6 to be at his best.

I just can't think of a team with all our players available that looks stronger with Anasta in it.

Jacob Miller is absolutely shocking.

For a player thats absolutely shocking, hes made just about every rep side there is, NYC player of the year and won a premiership…all as halfback.

He may need time to mature and adjust to 1st grade, but he certainly isn't a scrub.

Anasta at 7 doesn't seem that odd to be honest. How long have we been calling for someone to push the team around, make sensible choices come tackle 5 (deep in the corner when ahead with 2 to go) and stand up to our demanding, creative pair?

I honestly think Anasta would do a good job at 7 as he has a good long kicking game (better than what we have currently), has been a club captain and played at a high level so should have enoguh bottle about him to tell Benji & Robbie no when we need to get out of trouble and be able to rotate / mentor miller on his way up.

I kind of want to explore the option of purchasing a halfback. Miller nor Moltzen have the balls to take the reigns from Benji as we've already seen. Unless one of them really steps up (and, to be honest, a full off-season's training in the no. 7 jersey could well be what either need), I don't think we have the solution on our roster.

Miller has never been allowed to take the reigns. He has the confidence and attitude to do that though, given a proper chance. With Anasta at 13 it could work.

Moltzen: Should not be in the team in any position.

Miller: Premiership winning halfback and captain. State of origin halfback. Junior Kangaroos halfback. I'm sure he can cope.
