2014 Memberships - One week to go!

There you go McCarry…..get yourself a non ticketed membership, add the polo/scarf option and your all set to sit at home in the Ikea stand all season cheering on the team

Nothing too exciting this year. Stock standard marketting, not sure how it compares to other years. Never looked too hard at memberships before.

I just want some GA tickets at a decent price, a duffel bag that doesnt say 2014 on it and ditto for a scarf. Oh and a lanyard and keyring would be alright too then i'm happy

The discount will be available for purchases at GearZone Concord, GearZone Macarthur Square, Wests Tigers Online Shop and at Wests Tigers home games upon presentation of your 2014 Member Card.

• NEW SYSTEM

The Wests Tigers have been working closely with the NRL over the past nine months on the implementation of a new customer relationship management system and processes to support our membership program.
The new system “Salesforce” has an intuitive user interface familiar to most users who have experience carrying out online purchases/transactions and will allow the Wests Tigers to manage Member accounts in a much more efficient manner. The increased capabilities will be of great benefit to both parties and will be a huge step towards providing a greater level of support and customer service to our Members.
The changes primarily affecting Members will be the format of our Member Portal (membership purchase/renewal area of the website). It will be a different layout but will predominantly have the same features and perform the same function. As mentioned it is very intuitive and will be a simple “step by step” renewal/purchase process. The Wests Tigers Membership Team will always be on hand to assist if you feel unsure about any step of the process.

• IMPORTANT ACCOUNT HOLDER INFORMATION

The implementation of the new system has brought about many enhancements to your membership accounts, including relationships with other Members. Across the years we have advised the best way to represent a group of Members is by appointing a group leader via a primary account holder.
The new system has been updated with these associations so you will still be connected to whoever has been your primary account holder in the past.

Please note: Any Member that has an account holder that is not themselves will not be able to individually renew /pay for their membership. You are classified as a “secondary account holder” which means only your primary account holder can renew for you and the rest of your group. This may mean you do not directly receive a renewal communication as it will come via your primary account holder.
We certainly have the ability to change the primary account holder on any membership so if you are a secondary account holder and wish to become the primary on your account, please contact the Wests Tigers Membership Team prior to undertaking your renewal.

• PARTIAL PAYMENT/NEW ROLLING RENEWAL PLAN

All Debit Success customers from 2014 onwards will be automatically opted in to rolling renewals.

Rolling Renewals: Rolling renewals are automatically applied to members paying by installments, but are optional for members paying in full. Rolling renewals will mean the membership is automatically renewed into the same seats and packages for subsequent seasons, at the updated and relevant price. Prior to the renewal rollover members will be given a 28-day period in which to make any changes or upgrades to the membership package, payment information, or to notify the Wests Tigers in writing that they do not wish to rollover (strict timeframes apply).

Rolling Renewals if Paying by Installments: Rolling renewals automatically apply to all members paying by installments. Installments will commence on October 17, 2013 and a maximum of 11 monthly installments will apply in order for all accounts to be paid in full and finalised by August 17, 2014\. All members who join after October 17, 2013 will have their number of installments adjusted, and payments re-calculated, to ensure the account is still finalised by August 17, 2014\. Installments will commence for the following season in October, 2014 unless the member notifies the Wests Tigers in writing that they wish to ‘Opt Out’. All members paying by installments are also bound by the Debitsuccess Terms and Conditions available at [www.weststigers.com.au/debitsuccess](http://www.weststigers.com.au/debitsuccess).

Rolling Renewals if Paying in Full: Any members paying in full who select the rolling renewal option will have the full payment charged to the same credit card as the previous season, and the member is responsible for updating these details should the card details change, or to provide the new expiry date if the card expires. To select the rolling renewal option, please complete the relevant section when submitting payment details.

We note this is a lot to digest, so should you have any questions in regards your Membership please do not hesitate to contact the Wests Tigers Membership team on 02 8741 3300.

Could anyone provide some opinions on this year's membership drive compared to other years that's been around for a while, looking at you happy and ink

I have had no correspondence at all from the Marketing / Memberships team and yet they go on sale tomorrow.

Just as well we have a forum otherwise I'd be completely in the dark.

Well, it certainly seems more convoluted due to the changing of the grounds from Allianz to ANZ

The optional extras are a bit more of a plus than recent years, I dont expect the quality of these goods to be very high, they need to be of the 'discount store' type quality to keep membership prices down….anyone expecting official NRL merchandise type gear will be disappointed, if you want that you will pay more for memberships.

Prices from what Ive seen so far seem good, what Im probably going to get anyway

Its a seasobn ticket package yet people seem to expect ''something exciting'' every year....it is what it is.

I think our memberships will increase with the move to ANZ.

The slogan remaining constant from this year to next is peculiar, I guess it was succesful so they stuck with it

'IMPORTANT RENEWAL INFORMATION'

today

I also received an renewal email today which linked to information that my membership package will be affected by the new system the Tigers will be using.
It advised that as my seats at Campbelltown were in a Silver bay but my membership was Gold they would no longer by available under my package.
I have requested these seats by choice due to the fact that the seats available in the Gold bay at CS are unbearable. They have made the rows so close to each other that anyone taller than 4 foot has their knees crammed into the row in front.
I am starting to think that the Tigers are attempting to alienate as many members as they possibly can for next year!

Not being able to request seats in a lower category will mean for me that I will no longer include CS as a part of my membership as I can't risk losing my Gold seats at LO by reducing to Silver across the grounds. This will result in the team getting less of my money; which to me seems a bit like bad business when I was willing to part with more.

you give em a call lovemytigers? youd think theyd make it work if you told em you're gonna have to not include CS as part of your membership cause you like your seats at LO.
