I was actually very impressed at the game at Camden a couple of weeks ago, I had to buy a shirt for the drive home after my baby daughter covered my jumper in something I didn't want to sit in for the hour drive home. My wife told the Merch people that we were members but didn't have our cards or know our numbers and they gave us the 10% discount anyway. It saved us $8 which may not sound like much, but they didn't have to do that.

whoever was in charge at the merch stand should really be commended. so good to hear firstly that someone maintains faith in public honesty, and secondly, has great business sense!

you know, it never ceases to amaze me how many people (particularly in sales) have no idea about the power of word of mouth (had an incident just recently at my boxing gym that was unfortunately the exact opposite - im not welcome there any more, but after a couple of years telling everyone how good it is, will never do so again).

This happened to me at LO as well last year, didn't have my voucher, but they have me the $20 off, this year I think its 10% off everything.

Just noticed over at the official site that the State Cup side used the heritage jerseys during the match v Cronulla, so they can't be far away. They look fantastic. So keen on getting one of these. Will be my first new jersey since 06\. :sunglasses:

I thought I would like the heritage design based on the graphics released by the club but it doesn't look as good in real life.

I think the black home version is the winner & the one I'll be buying. (Would like to see a white option next year when we phase our white claw alternative out)

Possibly generic numbering across the board for all teams? Ive seen talk on this.
Dont like white on orange…why not black outline, the thin bit?

Yeah I really didn't expect it, it's little things like that that makes people feel a part of a club. It kind of makes you feel more than a paying customer. We didn't even ask, they asked if we were members because they could give us 10% off. My wife said yes but we didn't bring our cards. The reply was that's ok we will give you the discount anyway.

It's not 100% Blades fault, there was an initial print run off 1000 (500 Black, 500 Orange) jerseys, and the Black has been the more popular and has run out in certain sizes.

The next run (the first major print run) was to have the full sponsorships printed on them (with the rest of the old stock getting the sponsors stuck on, so if there has been a delay in naming these sponsors then the print run may have been delayed. I was told back in January that they were expecting the next shipment in early to mid March, but I don't know if this is still the case.

Not a massive fan of these orange ones… it's way to bright still. I own the new black one and it looks pretty good, Best Jersey we had for a long while in my opinion
