What do people think ? No change for us , some interesting team line ups.

They have Halatau as our starting lock ? don't think so , that is the closest to our best side we are going to get i reckon.
I would have Seve over Lawrence .

So they're suggestiing is that we're that light on experienced back rowers we'll have to shuffle Adam Blair, although I think it's more likely Akauola will start in the back row, he's next in line just on experience.

It's actually not a bad side if everyone's fit. Too bad we saw so little of it last year.

1\. Tedesco
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Lawrence (Fine)
4\. Simona (Seve)
5\. Richards (Hoeter)
6\. Moses (Drinkwater)
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah (Cherrington)
10\. Galloway
11\. Sironen
12\. Sue
13\. Blair
14\. Taupau (Akauola)
15\. Lodge (Brown)
16\. Halatau (Lovett)
17\. Ava (Fiagatusa)

Brackets are replacements, Galloway WILL start. Woods and Galloway are good at weathering down the opposition in the first 20, taupau great at getting a roll on against slightly weary defence.

Lawrence will also start, but Fine will be pushing hard for a spot. Just like every coach before, JT is unlikely to drop a 200k+ player round 1, and even after that unless he is exceedingly poor.

What's the news on Moltzen? Is he going to be in the mix as a backup half?

Cosimo if you get on the Tigers website there's a clip where they have the Tigers physio Massoud I think that's his name? You can see Moltzen going hell for leather on a Gym bikes and our physio said that Moltzen had an infection in his knee and was treated with antibiotics and that has delayed his return and expects him very soon to be training with the fulltime squad.

Based soley on each teams predicted lineup my top 8 for 2015:

1\. Roosters
2\. Broncos
3\. Cowboys
4\. Souths
5\. Manly
6\. Penrith
7\. Warriors
8\. Tigers

9\. Melbourne
10\. Bulldogs
11\. Knights

I think canberra, eels, dragons, titans and the sharks will struggle in 2015 and make up the bottom 5

Interested to see everyone elses views ?

PhyR3, the line up you have put up? I can't see Lovett and Brown putting pressure on our regular 1st graders unless we have another major injury season and Drinkwater will only feature if Moses gets injured.

I'd be interested to know why you think the Bulldogs would slip down that far, Tony - I can only see them getting better.

I also think we will be amongst the strugglers if our roster stays as it is now and I reckon Cronulla will be heaps better with Flanagan back at the helm - they have a really strong line up provided the majority of them stay fit.

I don't think the bulldogs have the spine or the back star power to be consistent enough. They're halves proved in origin and the back end of the season that they're determined but not creative enough. I personally think that will impact on them heavily especially with a winger who can't ballplay at fullback and a young untested hooker. Don't underestimate the loss of ennis as an onfield leader also, look at their dysmal performace in the biggest game of the year without him. They're only saving grace IMO is there forward pack and more specifically James Graham.

They only finished in 7th position this season, one win ahead of the 9th placed Warriors. Thats no great achievement when you consider they won 6 games by 2 or 1 points and were easily outplayed in a few of those encounters. Heck we even carved them up. Admittedly they made the grand-final but they were blessed with the easier side of the finals draw and were shown up when they versed a quality full-strength opposition.

I think they'll be a gritty, dogged team as always but lack the quality and killer instinct in the backline to win them enough games.

Admitedlly our position is a little biased on my part but i honestly think if JT can get the team playing close to their potential for the majority of the season and we keep injuries to a minimum, we could finish as high up as 5th-6th

Dont think that side will be too far off. I suspect Blair will stay in the middle.

The right edge is a bit of a mystery, would not surprise me to see Santi or Lovett nab it, more likely Sue.

I think that Lodge will play alot of first grade this year as well.

Halatau seems perfect for the bench for me

The problem is we have no idea on where JT thinks people should play. For all we know he intends to play Taupau in the back row with Sironen and Sue. Until the trial games are upon us it's a wild guess.
