2016 Boom or Bust

My thoughts on 2016 are we will go well and I think we have grabbed some good pickups to our team
Griffin , McConnachie , Edwards , will add some grunt up front , we lacked it this year and relied on just a couple of blokes to go forward , now we has some back up

Rankin , Hunt , Chee Kam , Littlegood , Carr , Parahi add fresh faces around the place and some may well push for a top spot

Robbie and Manaia will split the load with I think Robbie starting the game and Manaia coming into the game to liven things up a bit similar to this year but maybe with a bit more time

We also still have some good young talent around the place so this will help especially the hungry ones ,
Mosses and Brooks , another year older will get even better with Mosses being the dominate one this year with Brooks a more steady as she goes ,

The key for me is whether Brooks will develop under Taylor. You would think Taylor having been a half it would be a lay down misere he would. Lets hope we have a much better 2016.

Tedesco, Brooks and Moses will have another year under their belts….
Sirro and Sue always getting better.

It'll be an improvement on this year for sure, hopefully we put in consistent solid performances because we showed it in gimpses this year.

2016, year of the tiger!

Yeah I'm reasonably confident that we'll do a little better than this year - although I don't see us pushing for a finals birth.
As always, injuries will be crucial.
I like the addition of McConachie and Edwards in particular.

Depends what happens with Farah and Taupau

I can't see us improving significantly to be honest

Best case scenario for us might be 11th -12th

Going out on a limb here , we will be better to the point that if we get the bounce of the ball on luck and calls there is a few wins in that ,, games we lost that were full of soft try's to the opp teams I think may be reduced due to good pickups and the main one I think , we will not be going backwards with our new players it's all go forward I think
Top 10 and a pest of a team for our opposition

I think we will move a few spots up on the ladder with the way we've recruited. Some moneyball signings there that may impress.

I think we'll finish 11th. Can't see Parra, Titans, Newcastle doing better than us.

I think the one thing we saw in 2015 that on a consistency basis that there is a gulf between the Top 8 sides and the rest

Obviously Manly will come into the equation in 2016 , but there is definitely a gulf appearing again

A healthy Tedesco will ensure a handful of wins for the season with his glimpses of magic but I can't see the Tigers making the eight or finishing any higher than 10th or 11th at best.

If we sort our demons out - 5th - 8th, and the possibility of shaking the tree come finals time.

If we don't - Taylor gone halfway through the year, caretaker coach brought in, and then 12th - 16th.

Can't see top 4\. Top 8 in itself would be a massive achievement. We're crying out for a gun center and backrower. If Brooks and Moses start to come into their own we might be in with a show for the 8, can't see it happening though.

8th or better. Other teams will think wests tigers are the easily beaten.
In season 2016, wests-tigers do not lose games when they have a decent lead.
They learn from experience of 2015, attack & defend better.

We have a coach who has taken two NRL sides into semi final football and I am confident that there will be improvement next season. We may not get into the eight but when the purse strings open for 2017 we will be semi final bound.
