There are two words to describe our club perfectly. Embarrassing and weak.

Considering the recent history between the two clubs. At best it’s complete lack of self awareness. At worst, it’s a total eff you to our club.

Good game but for me the post game coverage had the most highlights:

Thurston microphone gaffe
Naden acting like he was the main event
Emotional farewell speech from Fatty to Sterlo
Brandy Alexander cringeworthy breakdown on Fox Sports seconds after the hooter
9 cameras interviewing Liam Martin with a large package in his jocks while using colourful language

In a pretty bad mood to be honest, I think Tamou should be more aware of the situation this club is in before he posts rubbish.

I also think Shawn Blore should be more careful as well.

Tamou has been a disgrace of a captain since day one and the way he's been romanticising the Panthers has been really poor and disrespectful to us fans, IMO.

I know it's his old club but hey guess what Jimmy, they let ya go.

Congratulate them in private. His posts were a bit much considering the situation of this club. If this was the 1st year we missed the finals in 10 years, then no real harm. When we haven't made the finals in 10 years, be more aware of the situation and pull your head in. If you want to congratulate them in public, build our team up in someway in the process. It is all about your choice of word.

"Congratulations the the Panthers, this is what we hope to achieve for Wests Tigers fans!!!" changes your message completely.

With Melbourne, Penrith have been the best team for two years, their defense is brutal and unrelenting and neither Melbourne or Souths could break through it. They deserved to win. Cleary did a great job with them turning a loose but talented team into premiers. I hate it, but that's just how it is. It's particularly unfortunate that Melbourne played their worst match I've ever seen them play last week, but again Penrith played well in that game too.

I wouldn't mind Tamou congratulating them, his prediction that they're going on to great things sounds like he's already retired and become a fan rather than captain of another club. Hopefully, not captain next year, though.

I think most people are of the opinion you are some kind of conduit between the fans and the club? Thats how it comes across a lot of the time.

I think it had more to do with me calling AD out for liking a post lol

Our players don’t give a toss about the club. I doubt the administration do either. The only people that genuinely care are the fans and we are powerless. It’s hard to imagine us ever being competitive, and really we don’t deserve to be due to the decisions made by the many imbeciles in charge over the years.

Clearys kicking game was brilliant. The intensity shown by both sides was levels above where we can only dream of being.
