Well you can joke about it..there has been a bit of discussion about identity lately..

A place to start would be our own fans identifying the name of the team .. Wests Tigers

Interesting that you bring up the name of our team as being Wests Tigers.
Soon after I joined the forum approx 2 years ago, I asked one of our very prolific and imo respected posters could he please call our team Wests Tigers, as he was in the habit of calling our team just Tigers...and was told NO.
I guess the fact I had Magpies as my user name I must have been considered a threat of some sort.

You do hang onto things for a while lol, thankfully I don't think this one was me 😛

I got nuffin left to whinge about now @cochise as I have exhausted my list of gripes [I think].

We did that in the past, the current jersey is not changing and the expectation is that it will be kept into the future.

I think they look good, especially the top one.

I like the idea of a white tiger like above in black and white and an alternate orange and black. Small magpie on the sleeve to appease the masses.

Sounds basic but I just used Microsoft word. Found the image of the shirt/jersey online, found PNG files of the logos then did a cut and paste job. Lo-fi but it works.

Nothing to do with Balmain mate. We're Wests Tigers. Thus the tiger stripes. If we were Balmain Magpies I would have designed one with a beak.
