I just reckon England are too clinical / smart. Samoa have talent in spades but putting it all together on a footy field is another thing

Was a good tough game Tonga lacking class in the spine.... But finally a contest.
The penalty to split the gap a bit dubious and yet again Klein leaves his stain on the game

Nah Tonga were the favourites for this one.

I don't think Samoa has much of a chance next week. England has been dominant in every one of their games so far.

They've improved 100 % since the 1st game ...but not enough to beat the Poms ....unfortunately

Who planned this crappy draw where Tonga doesn't ever vs Australia. There's only ever one Aus vs NZ/Eng game, Eng/NZ never happens. NZ vs Tonga/Samoa may never happen.

Never really thought about it .
I thought it was set up as per the IRL rankings, which is normal procedure for these type of tournaments.
I would imagine that introducing all those developing nations has meant the only chance for the “big teams” to meet is in semis etc.
Hopefully this tournament will cause a reboot in International fixtures where we see regular Test series between the Top 4-8 countries.
The draw was set up for England to have their best chance of playing in the final in both mens and womens tournaments.They avoid Aus/NZ till the final in the mens and Aus/NZ in the womens till the semis.

Good for you.
I prefer to wait for the launch of the Mens National Netball League ( equality) so then we can play Womens/Mens double headers.

You are preaching to the converted,i have been a supporter of mens and womens sport for many years.These days the attitude of women players in all sports is far better than the prima donnas who play mens sport soccer on particular

No it’s not, womens footy, of any type, just doesnt cut it with me. And yes, I’ve watched it all and tried to appreciate it.
Sorry this old timer is totally against it and well over it, already.
My tongue in cheek comment about the Netball is only because why hasn’t that happened ?
Coz it wouldn’t sit right ! I rest my case.
