Our boys have got some very bad habits which is exactly why we’ve been spooners for past 2 years. Gotta shake them off, somehow.

Anyone wrapping Matamua hasn’t watched him play… barely stands out at any level.

For comparison, imagine sending Nanai etc. (same age) back to NSW cup or 20’s

I believe his hype comes from his junior games where he played 6 and carved up.

His transition into the big leagues has been very underwhelming.

Too much one out forward play - they looked so much better when they chanced their arm and moved the ball around. They were never going to match Aust in the forwards.
