Train em hard KRAll kicks off today for the first group of returning players.
Fitness is what they all need to work on. Fitness is everything.Left-side defence - if there is 1 thing we work on...And short kicking game...
Can be as fit as they like. Won’t move them up the ladder any faster.Fitness is what they all need to work on. Fitness is everything.
Penrith all look like they're trained by Gai Waterhouse, flint hard tough bodies.
Fitness is what makes Penrith great.
Won’t be an excuse holding them back thoughCan be as fit as they like. Won’t move them up the ladder any faster.
RLPA requires them to have a certain amount of time off after international duty.I hope the youngster's back from his holiday in England eating fried chicken with Tui.
Latu needs a tough NRL first pre-season . Starting in January just won't cut it.
I watched Grub on Denan Kemp's podcast and he talked about just that, how the toughness of his first pre-season set the standard for his career.
Luke Laulilii going into the Top 30 in 2025 too, which had been mentioned previously by Zero Tackle but is now confirmed.Couple of key things to note that were unknown previously...Alexander Lobb is on a development contract in 2024. Heath Mason also locked into a development contract for 2025 (assuming he will remain as train and trial for the rest of this year).
That is a great outcome for WTs and the players. Lobb is pretty well-regarded in the Illawarra. Mason looks to be a fine talent.Couple of key things to note that were unknown previously...Alexander Lobb is on a development contract in 2024. So glad we managed to keep Mason. Was concerned he might look for opportunity elsewhere (it may still happem down the track). But for now, he has no vision of going elsewhere. That is a great outcome for WTs and the players. Lobb is pretty well-regarded in the Illawarra. Mason looks to be a fine talent.
