I've got the email, but only seem to have the option to redeem for the 2 ticketed ones. I can honestly say, since 2007, I have never had a membership just go smoothly. I guess I'll be on the phone again to get it sorted

I purchased the digital membership. Unfortunately you can’t pay the difference to upgrade to the 4K kayo subscription.Can I ask if anyone has bought the digital membership? I’m looking at getting one, but would like to know if you can pay extra when redeeming the Kayo Membership to get the 4K tier?
That stinks really suzI have a bit of a whinge about memberships (and yes, I've lodged it with WT Membership)
So, I've been a ticketed member for 4 years. Always bronze, always at Campbo. My tickets have always been Bay 8, Row D, 1-5, then 1-4. This year, I'm still in Row D, seats 1 & 2, but in Bay 9. So I've gone from the 20m line to past the 10m. They're crappy seats. And I guess I was just disappointed, when I turned up against the knights, and found id been moved a whole Bay further from halfway. But I was mightily peed off when my friends who decided to go that morning, were actually sitting in *my* Bay 9 seats, straight off ticketek that morning. I've told membership that I might only be buying 2 ticketed mberships, but I've been a mber since 2007 (which only adds up to 10 years by their counting 🤷♀️) and if I can buy better seats on the day, why would I bother renewing? Plus next year, it'll be 4 memberships. For all the members versus fans bs they push, they are treat members pretty poorly.
