Can anyone who follows this grade closely give us an idea of just how many and who in our NYC squad wont be eligible to play for that team next year.

This may give us an idea of who Sheens may be looking to promote into the first grade squad seeing as theyre ''targeting size and strength ''

Changes are definitely being made and I don't think too many players will be brought into the squad from outside the club.

Here is a list that I have come up with…If I have missed anyone please throw them in.

Liam Ayoub (halfback, 179cm, 85kg);
Dean Parata (hooker/halfback, 180cm, 80kg);
Pat Politoni (hooker, 175cm, 89kg);
Junior Roqica (front row, 184cm, 104kg);
Tim Simona (centre, 183cm, 89kg);
Lance Siataga (centre/second row, 188cm, 90kg);
Limoni Kamuta (centre/wing, 183cm, 87kg);
Ben Murdoch-Masila (backrow, ;
Shaun Spence (second row, 190cm, 99kg);
Neil Begovich (front row, 190cm, 103kg);
Faleula Finau (winger, 180cm, 84kg);
Daniel Ahsin (backrower, 182cm, 97kg);
Taqele Naiyaravaro (winger, 196cm, 111kg);
Justin Smith (fullback, 177cm, 83kg);
Mason Talolua (backrow, 186cm, 96kg);

i think you're giving sheens to much credit. i say stick to your roots. Blair comes at a price. what does this promote? how at the moment are you happy about our team? I dont know about you but its killing me, sheens must make changes. He is responsible. the 20's cant save us. 2012 is a different story.

I can only think with us discarding half our current first grade squad, with only Blair being mentioned….that the rest will come from within.

I'd just like to know who he may be planning to promote and if we can gauge whos ineligible next year we may get a clearer picture.
Why you think Im happy has got me baffled, same with giving Sheens credit....dunno ho you arrived at that conclusion

clearer picture of what? what we think and what sheens does are two different things. stop fanazing brother. it aint gonna happen. why is blair god all of a sudden. I arrived at the conclusion because it doest matter if their ineligble or not - sheens picks his favourites - not necassirly the best. think about Ink? do you really think i would pee in your ear. only look at sheens history. the clearer picture is that sheens either (a) must leave or (b) talk to balmain bug . Dont take credit away from yourself Ink, if Sheens was half of what you were then dont get me started.

Just my own opinion.. I get the feeling the following kids are in Mr Sheens good books….at the moment..and will be training with the NRL squad in Summer. Yes i know some are already in the squad.

Can't see Begovich, is he on the 'outer'? blacknwhite??

Been thinking the same ink…

Loses = plenty....(what about 7 now?)

Gains = only 1 named as a maybe atm....maybe 2 at best...but upgrades from within

umm mismanagement???

Who was the CEO when we re-signed our new loses?

Are we paying part of their contracts?

Absolute shambles IMO..

Begovich and Spence would surely be training with the top squad over the summer.

I hope they are in the top squad..dam hard workers and just genuine bloody nice blokes…But you can't fit them all in plus I know we are in talks with a couple of NYC forwards from St. George the carrot being top squad promotion.

Begovich surely must also be on that list.

When you look at that list you have to say the club has done a great job at youth recruitment and development. That list would be in the top 3 for every NRL club. Hopefully we keep the best players.

If you look at other sports you can see how great have great youth systems are for clubs. In soccer Barcelona and Manchester United (when the had Beckham, neville brothers, scholes etc all come through at the same time) have built 10 plus years of being at or near the top because of having great youth set ups.

Surely Begovich is deserving of a top squad contract, he's consistently one of the Tigers best in the NYC and makes good metres just about every week.
