Don't think we have ever had a 16 regular game winning season ....

Biggest thing that sticks out to me (outside of the cheating) is the diamond ring incident.

The ring just stunk soooo badly of Greenburg/NRL bending over for Smith - still annoys me to this day.

All the wrestle points whilst yes don't help the game, if you look at it logically it really is just good competitive coaching. Bellamy and co have always worked out how to win a ruck no matter what change in the rule.

The rest really is just tall poppy syndrome - we hate them because they win so often. Not judging I am one of them.

I just read a good piece on Bellamy and his impact on the Storm through his coaching and character. The last line summed it up perfectly ..... "the Storm don't buy first graders: They make them". So, so true.

Would be good if the club got him in after he retires as coach as a consultant - mainly to give advice on how to shape players - that would appear to be his main strength and something we need.
Maguire has worked with him before at the Storm and obviously has some of that understanding but I'm thinking of getting others who don't - players, coaching staff and executive - at the club up to speed with the technique. Although it is changing, I think we still need to change the dinosaur thinking of some old diehards.

Hopper's wife is from Melbourne, not sure why he has such an unhealthy hatred for the storm.
