Yup - mentioned in the live thread, I really really like him. Comes on and does some beautiful work every time. Footwork is Pole-esque.

Looks better used earlier in the game for longer minutes, dont like a middle getting a token 15 minutes at the end of the game.

Whatever Benji said to Pole through the week worked. 22 runs for 208 metres. Still lots to work on in defence but he was my no.1 this week. Prop rotation is the best it has looked in 10+ years

Pretty happy with all of them. They are playing for each other & that is what a team does. When Api scored and they all celebrated, you saw how genuinely happy they all were for him. They look to be enjoying their game.

Plenty of good games across the team, including bench players. Luai and Galvin not perfect but both had some really important involvements. In previous years we lose that game but ended up finishing over the top of the Dolphins and winning just about every stat. At this stage attitude and fitness appear to be significantly improved.

Dolphins showed up and our halves are still clunky and trying to find their combination, an away win we simply don’t get in the last decade. Good signs.

Can we sign Herbie?

Its refreshing to see such a wide variety of opinion on who our main three players were....and very few chose the halves, which was good to see as they are still working themselves out and werent our best. Some clutch moments from Api, some great finishing from Turuva, some excellent injections from Bula, some strong defence and goal kicking from Doueihi all worthy of points.

For mine, May kept the engine room rolling, Bird changed our direction in attack and Pole busted his arse with a terrific second dig. Our forwards are playing really well.

hard to gauge what's doing with him ,2nd year syndrome? Last week they shot out a stat Samuela took his 1st hit up in 34 minutes of the game /1st half

Clearly Api, Pole and Turuva in this game. They win the game at the end of the day. Very impressed with May, Douihei, Bula also. Good team effort. Class wins at the end of the day most times. We have a better squad.

Bula for me is the difference. Luai has honestly changed the team as has Suni. I thought api had an average first half and TDS cleaned it up. Api comes back and has a blinder. Our pack was mostly outstanding! Wow so proud. Live at kayo very different to replay. The screens there are like iPhones from the crowed if you lack vision, like me
