Most players have 10% improvement in them if all the stars align. Sadly if we are competitive and get anywhere near the eight we need about 40% improvement. I can see a couple of players kicking on this year, but the majority have hit a very low ceiling compared to the better teams. Two quality players would make a massive difference. I guess you never know, every year their is a team that surprises
