Yeah I agree with a view that what we really need is that every player has to be given a set of target improvements for them to achieve for this season.
If and only if they achieve that will this group go forward and give the coaching staff the platform to take them to next level. ….. and if they can’t then no one can blame the players anymore for the failures.
We live in the world of KPIs that business and sport value and rely on hitting in order to achieve improvement and further success.
For this club, players and coach ….. it’s essential that they realise that improvement by both the individuals and the team is the only way to achieve that.

Its frustrating and annoying to have to sift through all the recent topics to get an interesting opinion on those topics, thank you to the members who have made an effort to do that. To the others who troll through all the topics and spruke rubbish just to agitate people, I say "get a life" I'm sure other social media platforms can entertain you with your personal agendas. The problem with modern society is the lack of respect people show to each other, if you don't like what is said just don't get involved and turn it into a circus and spoil it for everyone, enjoy the day.

We get drop in audits every 3 months .....to get the top award ...you need 3 or less errors on a 400 + audit ....got my 8th a couple of weeks ago .....auditor said he doesn't know anyone with more ....throw in financials that have had me in Top 20 in the last 4 years and Top 12 in 3 of the last 4 years ...Top 15 in the Southern Hemisphere back in 2002 I think it was

I think Doueihi needs to sew up the 5/8th position ASAP... or if Gildart doesn’t work out in the centres then he gets another stint there, getting his head in the grind!

The other obvious one/s for me, as I think OP said, Musgrove and also Mikaele for mine who had looked our best prospect - had plenty of time and with potentially Hodgson/Liddle and boppers rotating better than was effected last year.

That’s on Madge and to a degree Sheens’ knowledge after a fair amount of changes to the game he left in 2010s. If it gels well early then we’ll fare better than previously as all mentioned should be viewed as experienced leadership material by now.

Throw Offa into the mix. Competitive?

Looking at our squad and most of the player performances last season there are a lot of guys that need to take a long hard look and decide if they want to be quality NRL players or just B graders.
IMO the Most Disappointing players (that are still with us) were:
Tamou, Musgrove, Liddle, Luc, Roberts, Talau and Noffa

Others that need to lift further are:
Mikaele, AJ, Madden, Brooks, Garner

Players that should improve with more experience are:
Laurie, AD, Simpkin, Tuki, Blore, Tuilagi

Guys who put in and need to keep doing it are:
Stef, Offa, Twal, Ken
