3 Brooks 2 Mbye 1 Nofa

80 mins
16 runs for 83m
A 40/20
1 try assist
8 tackle busts and an offload
23 tackles
2 missed
2 errors
13 kicks for 364m

Get over the Brooks bashing mate. Pick on the blokes not having a go.

The argument will be the attack is clunky and sideways. That’s on individuals to grow a set and run with some heart.

But as long as you ask, he threw up the usual crap - except for the 40/20. Which, btw, was such an anomaly, even for him, that he proceeded to give them the ball straight back with a dumb error. One he compounded only moments later.
If you think those stats make him look good then mate you are simply out of touch with reality.

Serious Brooks votes- it **is** a joke.

Our 6 , 7 and especially the 9 are awful.
Doueihi has the makings of a good footballer just not sure what position tbh .. The other 2 have had more than enough chances ..

Agree re Douehi. If we had a 6 he’d be a good centre - Wighton style.
Where have his awesome torpedos gone? No idea why he only had license to do that for two weeks.

Not one of our best, two weeks in a row now

I do not know what game you were watching but ad ran straight and hard, a try assist and 6 out of 6 goals. Not to sure what else he could do to please you.

Mamo, Lucy and Twal also went ok.

Brooks had his moments, both good and bad. Tackled great though.

He needs to pick his moments better

I thought he bombed a couple opportunities hitting chee kam short when our winger was wide open

Runs a lot when he should be passing

Individually his stats might look ok but to the detriment of the team

Blore's not just a consistent tackler, he's really strong in the tackle and slows the speed of the ruck. He's a beast. Not seen someone like him for us defensively since Ellis. Great game, really promising player.

Doueihi is confused at the moment, the backline is all over the place running into each other and passing to no one. He's not too slow, he's just out of sorts.

Laterally he is slow. No zip to worry defences.

I don't have the same type of jitters when players run at Blore - he puts them on the deck.

Blore and Stefano are solid as. Blore hurts in defence. You can see the change in Stefano after the SOO camp. He was good before, even better now. A couple more like these two and this will be a top 8 squad.

If they have so much cap space this year Stefano should be extended now for another
2 years and pay him a big bonus out of this year's cap

That’s one way to do it.

Watched game on replay. Most Tigers players had some good moments but consistency of effort and concentration across 80 minutes is a problem. Defensive line struggles if opposition gets a quick play the ball. Having some tall outside backs is useful. Win was scratchy but still feels better than a loss.

Brooks has been very very poor these past two weeks. before that he was one of our better performers. Liddle looks gassed, probably due to the fact that it's his first full season of NRL and Madge is doing him absolutely no favours with no Simpkin on the bench to alleviate the workload.

Doueihi has been brilliant this year, but has been poor these past two weeks. hopefully he turns it around and finishes the year strong.

Look how poor the opposition were... a good half and hooker would have torn them to pieces.
I tipped Brooks to have a rare good game (because of the opposition) but he let everyone down again.
Putting up his half baked stats against such a rubbish team as the Bulldogs doesn't show how he has zero clue how to set the attack or how many dumb things he does.
Liddle seems to be getting weaker instead of stronger with the extra game time.
Now having a hard time getting to the play the balls, mixed with bad pass selection and plain terrible passing.

Because on average those kicks don't get the same return, simple. We probably lost the Easter Monday match against the slimes because of too many of those.

They are a good addition on occasion and Adam can nail them, but that's all they are.

I tend to think that Mbye should have stayed in the halves and AD in the centres until the season ends, however injuries and Mbyes versatility value was used elsewhere...thats the way it goes at the WTs we are very good at improvising without specialising...
