This is Australia mate. Footy ends, spring carnival starts, then Aussie golf season, then Tennis....meanwhile cricket runs throughout all of those. It's 12 months of revolving sport. I like NFL but not enough to watch replays, as it runs during our work days.

Not a cricket fan old ancient one?
I will be hitting the cricket big time this summer. I’ve had a tough year with some really shitty maintenance motel stays. Just got back from a 2 week spell. Hopefully the last for this year. So I plan to watch everyday of test match cricket this summer, otherwise I’ll be in my heated pool. taking the Mrs out a few times just me and her, fishing, bbq boating, fire up the spit, and walking The Fonz should fill up the rest of the summer.
Oh, and maybe some one day games, I think there’s a game on tonight. I now declare my summer of cricket is underway. Woo Hoo!!!
