60's and 70 Rock

Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Led Zep, Steely Dan, The Beatles, Rolling Stones.

Steely Dan and Deep Purple were two of my old man's favourite bands.

Cant get enough of it these days. I like current music, have a 13yo who keeps us young but the more stress you add to your life the better this music sounds.

The Kinks album I worn out to the white canvas featuring Apeman and Lola plus many other brilliant songs.

And the best Aussie by far was the completely unknown Leon Berger from the Muso's Club

Now thats a track.

Came around to the Kinks in the 80's loved it. Never forget being in London at Waterloo Station seeing the sunset over historical London a year or two ago. Waterloo sunset is fine!

Love it.

Saw a bit of a documentary on these guys, One story of them doing loop the loops in their private jet 😱pen_mouth:

Saw Black Sabbath live in the mid seventies, I think Slade (noddy holder) was on the same bill. Great time for live music, lived in Balmain at the time and plenty of pubs had live music every weekend
