Defence was not the winner on the day! Quite a terrible game of league.

I don't think this Toyota Cup system will continue in its current form when this current contract ends for this reason. There really needs to be an open reserve grade so players aren't lost if they haven't made it by their late teens. How clubs want to have this squad made-up is up to them. They could have any player they choose within the set salary cap.

Thats an especially high amount of points…but in reality something similar happens 4 or 5 times every weekend.

There are some very gifted players in the NYC, but as a competition it is killing the game.
