Honestly makes me feel depressed.. Here are my thoughts:

- We were one of the most exciting team to watch throughout 2009-2011, If only we had more grand finals and flick pass moments to show for it.
- While most clubs have players that are truly faithful/loyal and bleed their worn jersey colours, for our club it looks like the players who played for us just played in our jerseys for the $$$. There are obviously exceptions to this E.g Benji and Farah who wore their hearts on their sleeve.
- To make the finals, you just got to be better than 50% of the other teams in the comp (for years 2012-2022). And we failed to do that. 10 years in a row we were in the bottom 50% (9-16). So mathematically speaking, the odds/probability of missing finals for 10 years consecutively would be like 0.5^10 so 0.09%? Again, I know this isn't truly representative, as there are a lot of variables at play (such as roster, injuries etc) but damn, talk about supporting the one and only team with the longest finals drought in NRL history. Also the dolphins in their 1st year have attained more wins than us.
- On game day, we just aren't good enough throughout the match. Poor 5th tackle options, penalties/discipline, players underperforming or walking around with no urgency when they could prevent a try.
- Ultimately, the "big 4" have all left to prosper/succeed at other clubs and for rival clubs to reap in the rewards of the development that we did (ok maybe not Woods).
- The team has an immense amount of pressure to perform However, our team roster also changes so much that we also can't blame the current team for the failure of the previous 9 years. Even most the players from 2018 are gone
Hopefully we can turn things around the next decade

Many organisations would invest in open honest communication and transparency, I think because the spin off is trust and loyalty, an essential ingredient when you need a highly motivated team to get the job done, right?
Paradoxically at Wests Tigers we seem to invest in cover ups, non disclosure agreements e.g. Farah and Sheens and I’m sure there are more.
Why? What is the board hiding?
