ACTION ALREADY FOR 2013

Chisolm will be a surprise packet IMO if given a chance

Yeah, I've been thinking this as well. Don't know why, just a feeling, but since you're 'in the know' and think the same, that confirms it for me.

I think Chisolm is a great talent…but it makes me wonder how we got him if he is such a decent prospect? We have gone from John Morris as our best halfback to having Miller/Moltzen/Chisolm and even Humble as haflback options....

It just scares me as to how many options we have over the next year or so.

I just hope we get to keep the best option out of these guys long term.

Chisolm v Miller, who will win this battle? Winner players firsts and loosing plays state cup, either way we win!
Though i could see Miller @ 7 and Chisolm on the bench.

I see Chisholm at fullback instead of at half.

Unliklely to happen, he's behind both Moltzen and Tedesco in this regard. He's right in the mix at the moment at 7 though.

Weve already got 3 first graders who can play at fullback(Moltzen,Reddy & Brown)plus Tedesco .
We need a strong halfback more than anything else .
Moltzen looks more a support player than a playmaking no 7,Humble was modestat best at Parra,2012 mite be too early for Miller..so it has to be Chisolm I guess.
Ive never seen him play, but Id be surprised if Bellamy wld let go a true talent…?

Bellamy's opinion of him as a footballer is irrelavent, considering he has arguebly the best halfback in the game at his disposel. He doesn't realy have much use for him, so why not let him go somewhere he could get an oppurtunity

Bellamy is finally dealing with an actual side under the cap.

Maybe 2 years ago Chisolm would have found himself with a brand new boat, renovated kitchen or Harvey Norman vouchers?

Agreed. The salary cap does not allow you to keep absolutely everyone. They let Blake Leary go and Bellemy described him as a future Australian player.

He's been playing wing in the lower grades, not halfback. He looks a bit big for halfback IMO.
Just my opinion that he looks like a fullback.

He is more of a 6 actually… ironically, we already have one good enough to win a Golden Boot. His ball skills matched with his speed could be a real good foil/asset for Benji to take some heat off him.

I wont be dissapointed if Chisholm starts the year at 7!

Does anybody know if Chisholm likes to take control? It would be good if he could take some pressure of Benji and Robbie.

Bellamy also has the most underrated 6 in the game also

I wouldn't expect to see chisholm in round one. When the music stops I suspect Moltzen and Humble will have the chairs, in one configuration or another. But from what I've seen he seems to a class above miller and sirro, or more ready for first grade that is to say. We may see him after an injury or two

Who ever gets the job lets hope they have a kicking game, although both Farah and Marshall have good kicking games, we need a third option. Lui's kicking game last year was very effective especially his long kicking game

All three, ordinary at best. The player in the club with the best kicking game is Miller. Is he ready for first grade? I guess we will have to wait and see.
