IMO Douehi is not a lock, and never will be, he knows that. Now I agree he’s handled it very poorly but surely there was a compromise somewhere, especially
given our current situation.
Like last week, don’t tell me Twals anger was just about Salmon, I think the slap was for all his half hearted teammates as well.

Have no idea mate, no one was there so we don't know if he reacted to not wanting to play lock or purely getting shafted from the halves.

If Twally's slap in anger was for some of the frustration for teammates, Adam would be high on the list.

Luai has spotted the problem with Doueihi's hogging and diagonal runs are stifling our attack AND Doueihi can't see it and is pissed off with the criticism. Doueihi's current form is crap.
Needs to have a deep self-assessment as to why and come to grips with it. Improve or look elsewhere.

Benji has ruined our chance to turn this club around. Luai has been begging to play with Latu for 2 years. Instead Benji partners him with Galvin and then Doueihi. 2 players who couldn't be worse for Luai style wise.

Yeah AD should play where he is told.

But surely there is a process that should be followed when there are 'delicate' team decisions?

I'm not sure of the processes at the club or any first grade club but is this how Bennett would have handled the situation, tell someone on the Thursday they are playing out of position?

You do realize Polynesians make up a majority percentage of the nrl because they are physically/athletically perfect for the rugby.

I don't think Benji has upset any players other than John Bateman? Klemmer was fine, Brooks was fine, never had issues with Luau, Api, Turuva, Twal etc.

Galvin not really a senior player if that's who you are referring to

Really the blokes just come back from injury, maybe he is still playing injured to help the team . Thats not the point , this is benjis problem , he is just been weak, luai should be dumbed

Not if Luai at 6 is, in the opinion of the coaching staff, the best for the team. It would have taken a lot of moral courage to put AD on the spot. Give the coachign staff credit for making hard decisions. One minute they are too soft and not making changes and the enxt they are being hauled over the coals for doing so.

Right or wrong, the moral courage shown to sit AD down, is what we need from the coaching staff. Was it the hard right decision or ust a hard decsion? I guess we will fidn out on Saturday at 1500.
