I just don't think a non-binding UN agreement is anything to get excited about. I did get excited about the Y2K threat 20 years ago and committed my organisation to around $5m to avoid the risks. That taught me a big lesson about real threats versus perceived threats.

Long story short, in the 70s the government agreed to betray the nation by ensuring all our industries would be sent to other "developing" countries to strengthen them and in return weaken us. Costing many Australians their jobs.

I live in Newcastle which was once known as "Steel City" however it's all offshore now. What was once a thriving manufacturing town with steel and ship building, etc. Is no longer the case…

The same can be seen with the recent farming drought drama... The banks want the farmers to have to kill their animals, then them self. So they can take the land and sell it to overseas investors who can import their own water and make the land thrive so animals can feed and thus have a monopoly over the industry of land and farming.

But the government signed off on the Lima declaration leading to 95% of industry going O/S. Facts.

Moving forward the plans for agenda 21 in 2030 are going to negatively impact Australia further.

Australia cannot equip with weapons to protect its self as all industry is over seas and we do not have the capability to do so. Australia is a sitting duck.

I would have thought that was a given in everything i have said - of course govts are only puppets to multi national and big business - my response was to Demps " the russians are coming " theory in that its a furphy and rather we are being destroyed from within by big business and govt puppets.
