Aloiai staying ambitious despite Knights defeat

Winning every game and Auto filling the rest puts us in 8th place.

Eisenhuth almost said now we can't make the 8 and rephrased with a smile in the videos

They should read the live game threads on the forum. That would be an eye opening honesty session

Posted up live on the big screen at the game

That would explain why AD was so distressed and crying.

Totally lost me at the mention of a must-win game against the Bulldogs.
What about all the other must win games that we never win.

Fluff was the best word to describe this article.
Its just something to write about and nothing more.
Honesty session well that must of said can't make finals now.
Pressure is off again this season as fans have limited expectations.

I really hate these articles that are trotted out about this time every year when we’ve inevitably stuffed up so many opportunities to entrench ourselves in the 8. So now we’re hanging by a thread to make the finals yet again, here comes the talk about being confident and positive and still hopeful about making it. It must be tiresome for the players to be in this same position every year, I know it’s tiresome for us fans, but we’re not the ones who can do anything about it, only you can boys.

Remember a few years ago they had a fan survey and you could voice your opinion on little PR things they did. I remember we successfully got them to stop using that ridiculous WT’s themed Eye of The Tiger. Maybe we can get them to stop with these. No one likes them, there’s nothing of value ever in them. Rugby League cliche’s 101. It insults supporters intelligence.

Josh has been poor last month. Still believe bench forward is his position. Need Packer and Twal to start the game.

Couldn't agree more, imo he's a very limited footballer and he's not a starting prop.

If we want to be a top team we need better than Aloiai, I know that will upset some forum members but I call it like I see it, he's not good enough it's that simple, he's good at saying all the right things but that doesn't cut it on the field.

See what you guys have to realise is....at the beginning of the season there is a script written out and kept in a presso file for most situations during the year...this FLUFF piece has been written in case we do get flogged,it is given to whoever is game enough to go and face the media..this time it was Joshs turn to face the camera, next week if we get flogged it will pass on to someone else in the team to instill confidence in the fan base.....YEAH RIGHT......

Sick of the talk. Just go out on a regular basis and perform to a level that matches the expectation and your salaries. Stop pretending and start doing or go get a real job!

The thing is this is an NRL article all Clubs are required to provide content ..the Club hasn't put this out...

I guess they could all go down the Darius root or Unca Wayne playbook and give nothing 1 word answers..

I noted on the news tonight that Jake Trbojevic was taking Manly's form only winning 2 of their past 7 games to heart saying they are doing everything possible to turn it around...
