Anasta on BSB

Speaking of morons, just look in the mirror . You now have a new board( just like you wanted) between them and your CEO a coach will be appointed for next year . The main reason Parish is is spoken about is because some of the previous board wanted him originally. If you are so stupid as to think that Farah has got to the board today and convinced them that parish is to be the chosen one then you are beyond help. Put the knives away and get off FArahs back . Have you blokes picked out the next person who will cop the s##t after Farah retires. Grow a brain and start supporting the team rather than just showing how low your iq is

Lots of truth here.

Sorry guys - I can't agree with those that see any value in Anasta's contribution. How many games did he play in 2 years? His stats are horrible - missed tackles, poor kicks, dropped balls, few try assists (many more for the opposition), zero run metres. Any quality NRL player given the rails run that he got would have been better than him. Oh yeah - he kicked 1 field goal and scored a try (or maybe 2)!
He has never looked right in a Tigers jersey for mine and I have seen his stint at the Tigers as a retirement plan since day one. No way should he be given any job at all - anyway he would much prefer the Media (much less effort and all talk!).

Austin in the few genuine goes he has been given at 5/8 has been far better in every aspect of the game for us. We can't afford to lose Austin now. I have to agree with those that see him as first choice 5/8 for at least the first half of 2015.

Gee what a surprise ,braith wants a gig with two of the most promising halves I. He game .as for Austin ,let him chase the cash .he won't be playing five eight and we seen his lack of pace for the rest of the back line ,and he isn't big enough to be a regular starter in the pack limo his only value is from the interchange where he can fill in most of the positions .

Everyone belittles Anasta's contribution to NRL - the guy played 15 years in the top grade and represented Australia and NSW in SOO. He must have had some ability or had a lot of dirt on a lot of people.

Yep,great player but as he lost his speed he morphed into an ordinary player that occasionaly did great things,Benji is going down the same path IMO.

Chase the cash? You're kidding right? He's chasing a regular no.6 spot which he has earned at the tigers but won't be rewarded with. He's been very clear about that and has put in every single game. I've heard he catches the train to training from out west and we all know he commits time to Doonside. Greedy people don't act in this manner. If that's what you're implying.

Anasta has never said he wants a role with coaching the halves - that was just a suggestion I put up for discussion. In fact Braith never really said anything major about a role with the club - he was asked if he might move in to coaching and he said he wanted a break from the daily grind and that he may consider a minor role if one was ever on offer in the future.
