Am I the only person one who can't stand a bar of this guy?..for 10 yrs he's done nothing but verbally bash teams and individual players week in week out…i'm all for constructive critism but calling teams dumb and sweating on a player to make a mistake so you can abuse him is pretty low in my opinion...i've never heard Rabbits carry on the way he does...for anyone who has listened to his commentary hopefully you know what i'm talking about

He is so ugly anyways and his personality is too dry to be the host of a TV show.

He's an absolute gig. The entire 2gb team base their commentary on bagging players and Moore is the worst. I refuse to listen to them and havent for 2 years. Ill take the boring voices over at ABC 702 anyday, at least they talk footy and arnt just negative old fools

thats the thing he isn't even an ex player so he has zero cred as one…yet every week someone bares the brunt of his abuse...my advice is to listen to the way he carries on during the tigers game tomorrow...if the tigers aren't up to scratch he'll call them every name he can lay his tounge to

the wok is about as exciting as a dry piece of toast but he knows the game inside out…and at least you don't have to put up with idiotic songs on the ABC

I'm not sure about his full background but in recent times he has worked his way up at radio 2GB in Sydney. He used to be one of their sports reporters then he filled in calling games when Ray Hadley was absent and now he does a lot of this as Hadley does less calling of NRL. He also fills in when radio hosts are on leave eg he has filled in for Alan Jones a fair bit. He has worked his way up in the radio business and now branched into TV on 1HD. Agree that as a caller with no first grade rugby league experience, that I know of, he is better off calling and let the other panelists (ex players) make the comments about teams, players etc.

i turned the dial long ago i just can't beleive how this guy is still on the air…i don't know how anyone can listen to a guy whose critism borders on abuse...i'd even go as far as saying some of the rubbish he says at time borders on slander...the guy is a germ and a low life

Moore is much like Andrew Voss for mine, except he's doesn't big note himself like Vossy.

I like Voss. He's one of the few commentators who sees the game through the eyes of the fan. And for that he has to put up with idiots suggesting his opinion doesn't count because he never played first grade.
