Too right there! The thing I don't understand is, just about every other club signs marquee players, often at the expense of some longer serving players, every year, without it affecting team mentality/performance - why has Blair's signing been turned into a drama of such epic proportions at WT?

Because WT have always been affected by such things! The Moltzen saga last year. And the scoreboard, and injuries, and even dropping the ball!

Some WT players seem to need all the planets to align before everything can reach the proper state of mind and play to their potential. So I welcome Blair if he can help change that.

Our team simply does not have the mental toughness of previous great teams and until they do, they will never be rated a great team.

If Blair does sign, what will his welcome to the team be like?
will the players welcome him with open arms?
will the fans?

I think so, I for one am really looking forward to seeing him here.
