Anyone listening to Talkinsport today, May 2nd?

Just heard regular caller Adrian get absolutely hammered by Graheame Hughes and Papworth, he was talking about Farah & Origin I think but didnt catch it…...they gave it to him before cutting him off, saying ''we dont want your words shoved down our throats...go away!!!"

Interested to hear what he said, wish I had a digital so I could rewind

Not sure, I know he is not fond of Pup Clarke or Mitch Pearce, but apparently he was on BSB this morning too and often rings all these shows with the same point on the same day

At 2SM they hate Adrian tho…especially Graeme Hughes....hes like WTFs equivalent of Bug, he always get under Hughes' skin and rattles him, humourous listeing

He not one to toe the company line so to speak

I heard Adrian on BSB this morning - he is def in Robbie's corner. He can't believe the crap and the fact Buderus and Ennis are ahead of Robbie.

In this case, I'm a fan of Adrian for making sense… I'm also sure both pappy and Graeme have Robbie as their no 9 also. They have both said they'd have Robbie in their NSW side.

I think its moreso Adrian seems argumentative and gets under Graemes skin... They prolly agree with him in this instance...

I didn't hear today, but he was on yesterday talking up Farah. I'm not sure he's a massive Farah fan, or if he just dislikes the other options. Yesterday he was saying that Ennis should be dropped from first grade, but was then cut off after saying Steve Roach was just an average club player.

Lol !!

He was a shocker when he used to call the match of the day with Bill Anderson on Ch 10 years ago.
He was so biased especially when Canterbury were playing. After that I think he was calling the Warriors matches for
TVNZ …. They obviously didn't think highly of him over there either.

I can't believe that people still tune into this tripe.
I used to be a believer until Peter Tunks came on board and then the Tigers diehard in Gavin Robinson became a fully paid up promoter of the evil empire in the GWS Giants.
Went out last night and tuned the dial and in the process came across this poor excuse for a show, heard Tunks and immediately went to the next station.
Used to love listening in and calling but when 'Heaps' became the 'be all & end all' that did it for me, no respect!.

I finish work when the show starts, occasionally there some RL info or a decent player i'view for the drive home but most of the callers are reggies just looking for brownie points

Only reason i listen too. Why would you ring the show, it just seems like he wants to cut anyone off as soon as they don't agree with him. It's certainly not a show thats open to air your opinions ( unless you agree of course)

I like the show, I reckon they give differing opinions better than most shows. Heaps better than Hadley and co…
Adrian is a tool, they usually let him rant on about how bad Clarke is etc

I rarely agree with tunks, but there is plenty on here I never agree with either

Love the show. Love the presenters, Adrian is the only person they ever cut off and they do not do it enough!

Adrian is a dog with a bone and a psychologist would love to get him in the chair.

Didn't hear it, but no matter the point he was trying to make I can imagine it wasn't done very tactfully.

I think that would have changed with the recruiting of John Laws. I'd say their ratings and relative commercial pulling power would have dramatically increased, not to mention the plethora of over-65's tuning in.

I actually heard Adrians call and I think that Hughes misheard what he said.

He said…."Out of 1 to 10, 1 being brain dead, 10 being brainstorming, where would you rank Blockers article about Robbie Farah". Pretty sane and logical for Adrian I thought. I think they misheard the way they blew up.

I listen to the show every day. Only sports option up here in Toowoomba through the week. I highly respect Hughes. Tunks calls it as he see's it, but not very comprimising in his opinions. Robbo just tries too hard with his humour (not ver funny at all), a bit of a space cadet really.

Adrian is the opitimy of a pesimist. Only ever calls to bag someone. He hates Ricky Stuart with a passion. Probably more that then a fan of Farah's. Although most people would have to agree with him regarding blues selectors constantly overlooking Farah.

Adrian annoys the commentators because he baits them looking for a clear and desisive comment that he can use as arsenal down the track. In media land thats dangerous for commentators. They all stated that they couldn't see what Blocker was acheiving by making such comments about Farah, but there not going to rate it between 1 and 10 on the brain dead scale. He's always looking far a rating between 1-10, or "would you or would you not say", or "is player A 2 times or 5 times a better player then player B".
