Anyone watching games and thinking....

I'm still over the moon with the thought that it's going to take a whole three weeks before there is even the possibility of having a losing record.

Ive been thinking the same thing Eddie. All comes down to us maintaining the core of our forward pack fully fit. If those guys are there I think at worst we are competitive with most packs in the comp. And if the forwards can hold their own or even dominate as they largely have in our first two matches, the backs are just too good, pretty much for anyone. Kevvie playing the way he has has been a real bonus, meaning we have a major threat from every backline player - except one winger. Now; just imagine if Ado Carr can come up to first grade standard! What a backline that would be!

We are in this season up to our eyeballs. They need to keep the aggression and speed of play up there and they will do well.

Half the teams make the 8 every season, we should be aiming higher than that if weren't already.

And I agree with others, I'm going to enjoy the ride and not live in fear of us getting rolled by rubbish teams. I'm going to believe those days are over, because if you had told me we would have withstood spirited comebacks from NZ and manly in rounds 1 and 2 I wouldn't have believed you. The proof is there for all to see, we are stronger at dealing with adversity at a mental level. Both of our opponents would have been confident of rolling us once momentum started going their way, and especially on Monday night, we stood up in a way that showed we would play till the end for those 2 points.
