I wonder if players that have a ASADA investigation are allowed to play in the test, considering the rules on international sport event.

Good point JD I think if we knowingly play any players we can be banned for 2 years from International comp including World Cup

Somthing similiar happened to the Korean National football team

I think this is pretty close apart from starting/bench positions, but Farah & Shillington will be there ahead of Gidley & Merrin…

Any reason why arguably the best player in the world is on your bench, tig?
 
i am a little sus about his defense as he hasn't played centre for a while… slater's gonna keep the no.1 for sure.

plus, smith doesn't need a back up hooker.. he is 80 quality minutes.

inglis can play anyone in the backs... could be quite a good utility.
 
Theres no way GI will be on the bench. As noted, he is one of the worlds premier players. He will be in the centers, put ypur money on that.

As a side note, found out today that a builder I worked with has gotten me tickets to the game. Looks like a trip is in order down to sunny Canberra. I'll be the bloke wearing the big jacket and the beanie and the gloves and the scarf…..should be fun.

I am disliking being cold the older I get mate. I freeze my buns off in Sydney let alone Canberra…..

That said I think Canberra Stadium is a good ground to watch football played at and am looking forward to my weekend there. Going to have a crack at some trout fishing down there as well. From all reports they are still getting reasonable weather down there so it mightn't be too bad.
 
im just naming one of the possibilities we can go with. i really am not sure if inglis can play as good defensively as a specialist centre like jennings can. also, jennings is in tremendous form, it would be a pity if he misses out
