Apisai Koroisau #263

Honestly it's given me a little bit of faith back myself. I've been down in the slumps for a while now especially after how hyped this season was but yesterday's signings along with Api committing for a further 2 years gives me hope that something special is building here.
me too mate. Sunday was pretty tough and looked as if we were headed for rock bottom. while the board and admin is still at large, I'm thankful that there are players both inside and outside the building that see light at the end of the tunnel.

having our best and most important player sign on for another two years is a huge indication that we're heading in the right direction. the succession planning is also excellent. Tallyn will be 22 in 2027, Ashton Large 19. great to see us building the depth chart in the spine.

Api is huge for us and we need his experience for us to be a success.

Anyone worried about TDS don’t be. He is a long way off playing 80mins NRL level & having Api to guide him & take the load off him will be huge. Api also at the Panthers moved himself to the bench to let the next wave get some starting time and expect that will happen at the backend.

We have our captain locked away into half of Benji’s stint which is great stuff.

I don't think it's a bad decision. He's changed the way he plays to keep longevity. I feel he may be moved to an off field role if he's ageing towards the end of 2025.

I think Bula also has some Fijian heritage so might see Api as a mentor.
