I was always of the belief that the guy who came in after Sheens would be a sacrificial lamb, and for a long time last yr he was looking like he would be exactly that. To his credit, he overcame the adversity put to him last yr and came out the other side like a stuntman walking through fire.

Lets remember we came within an inch of sacking him last year! What a slice of luck our inept board didnt pull the trigger. He should be getting more wraps in the media the what he is doing at this club. This club was a BASKET CASE when he came in, and in many ways still is a basket case. What I have seen in 7 rounds this year has been nothing short of amazing.

Always believed in Potter from day one , you could see what his was trying to do but like he said he had resistance from a certain core group of players which made things difficult.

His smart enough to keep that distance from the players as his their coach and not their friend like Sheens was.For me his decisions this year are spot on but he has some tough decisions coming up with player selections like Anasta.
