You weren't in the last one so I'll put this here for you to help and others who didn't play...may also help with selecting your final 17..
Ok here is how the voting will work as it might make it a little clearer for selecting/naming your team…
Once the selection process is complete …that is everyone has picked 17 players you will then name your team 1-17…
From that point I will compile the fullbacks together…
We each the vote or rank the fullbacks …as there are 15 Coaches and you can’t vote for your own player obviously you will vote 14 down to 1…14 being the fullback you deem the best of the era 1 umm the not so best…
Once everyone has completed voting /ranking …I will accumulate or count the votes to determine the final order for fullbacks…the accumulated votes the get credited to that Coach…in the end the Coach with the most accumulated points wins…
We then move onto wingers centres etc etc through to Props…calculating each time…When it is time to vote/rank the bench each Coach will vote 14-1 on the bench as a whole…
It may sound complicated but it’s not really and just like picking your team once the voting gets into full swing you will pick it up quickly…
The good thing about the voting stage is you don’t wait your turn …you vote once the players are listed and it moves a bit faster but all players must get there votes in before we move onto the next position…
Anyway if you want me to clarify anything just ask…

How you choose /name your 17 is up to you...how you vote is up to you
So as far as the bench goes, people can rate a prop vs a utility player/winger or whatever? No worries
sort of..in the last one the bench was voted on for impact..you don't vote for players individually on the bench..
Again it's up to you how you make up your bench..most went with a utility back rower and 2 props some a different combo..you could even do a Sheens and name a winger if you want ..again all up to you...but when you vote it's on the bench as a unit..
Just a question Geo ..once voting is done can we vote who we thought had the best actual squad looking at it as a whole ....??
Well that sorta works itself out over the 14 rounds of voting based on the metrics...
In the last one every person got a player ranked in the top 1-3 as well as the bottom 1-3..
but sure if you want knock yourself out..
