I love watching NRL and would have no idea if I couldn't watch it every weekend but SERIOUSLy how is the Govt allowing it to run? These guys have very clearly shown they can't be trusted.

They are allowing it to run because everyone is allowed to go to work, everyone in the state. And the players travel in bubbles, quite regularly now they are in non-Sydney locations.

NRL has a much much stricter level of lockdown than general public and they are demonstrating aggressive action towards breaches.

So all-in-all, compared to Joe Public, NRL is pretty safe. Hasn't been a COVID case amongst NRL players in the entire pandemic?

Not everyone, only essential services. NRL is no different to your putt putt golf or soccer or any other recreational sport.

Places like retail are open but atleast you can socially distance there, football you can't.

NRL has strict lockdown because they cannot continue otherwise. The players and staff have shown they can't be trusted and you can't wait until there is a COVID case to take action. You can't keep making exemptions.

Imagine being an owner of a business that isn't receiving an exemption. Also, these guys aren't playing for country. I'd be happy for them to make exemptions for travelling if they're representing Australia but this is a domestic competition.

For me, I'm glad. But those who don't follow NRL and are sufferring financially, it'd be a bitter pill to swallow.

Seriously , this CLOWN chose to bring some dancer to his room to get abit , yet at home he has Miss World Australia waiting for him.
You have got to be kidding me.
The guy must have rocks in his head.

Aside from dropping 35 large, I think he's doing quite well. An on off relationship when you're 25 is brilliant and even better when it is with an ex Miss Aust. Sadly it never happened to me.

Yeah sure it looks great for his resume to the boys club.
But I'm sure most would rather be the 25 yr old walking around with Miss World Australia than some dancer who only the man upstairs knows who's been there.

You can't tell me that most of the WT's squad haven't had Covid for the last 18 mths ......

A Maroon recruit named Arrow
Was carrying his landing gear around in a barrow
He craved some romance
And requested a dance
On the off chance
He might need his straight and narrow.
