Drama in the women's 1500m final at the Australian Athletics Championships
‼️

Jess Hull led into the home straight but was clipped, with Claudia Hollingsworth crossing the line first.
But...she has now been disqualified for 'jostling', so Sarah Billings has been awarded the win with 4:17.36

👑

The 19-year-old ran 3:29.85 to take down a high quality field in the 1500m at the Australian Athletics Championships
🇦🇺

It was just short of his personal best of 3:29.80 – from Ostrava last year – and not far off Olli Hoare’s Aussie 1500m record of 3:29.41 from 2023
