They say defence is all about attitude. If that is the case, the team's attitude stinks. With the season on the line, they let a sub-standard team pile on 30 unanswered points. There was no grunt in the defence and they had no idea how to slow the tide.
The worst thing is that we know the team has the ability to beat anyone on their day, and will probably come out this Saturday against Melbourne and beat them, but all too late (barring some miracles in other games).
Why the inconstitency? It has to be mental. They dont have the mental strength or the leadership in the team or coaching ranks to get them up on a consistent basis. Unlike the Storm or Sea Eagles, you never know which team will turn up for the tigers. The world-beaters or the weaklings.
So how do we stop this? We need both a change in the coaching ranks and some tough bastards in the side that can lead men and wont accept second best. Get some hard arses in to kick some butt.
