IMO Forster keys has the best pies I’ve ever had! When I lived in Forster that was my go to food whenever I was hungry !!

Gin Gin Pies is garbage ...if you are in Gin Gin you go to the Travellers Rest .....way ,way better

at the other end of the spectrum, my missus is from eastern europe and has never understood the pie thing.

In January on our way up the coast I stopped in at Heatherbrae because i remember years ago their pies were great.

They were almost inedible, actually disgusting. Ill never get her to eat another pie again. I wonder what the hell happened to them? Success?

100% man, that's a huge miss that one.
They are so over rated.

Like I had it twice and both times it was one of the worst pies I've ever had.

Good to see a port macquarie pie shop doing well - will have to get back to Bels.

Have you tried the West End Pie Shack at Wauchope? Steak & Kidney are brilliant. I had one on the way to the butcher at Timbertown & had to stop for another on my way back!!

Only been there once but they had sold out of everything other than chunky steak which was pretty good.
