what is wrong with Pat Politoni? is he no good or something?

He is very good but lets hope any time Farah spends off the field is minimal

thanks guys for seeing light of this thread. Its not like someone came and whispered this rumour in my ear. It was two people chatting over a coffee, observing life as it goes by, moments of silence, then out of the blue nadira's name pops up playing with the tigers. If this friend of mine is lying I will never have a coffee with them again. i dont want to let you guys down, we bleed together guys - i just wanted to share my love of the tigers with you guys thats all. i dont mean no harm to your planet. I come in peace - and pray that Benji comes out if it untouched.

Thanks AHX for your info You handled the whole incident well and all our prayers are with Benji

Thanks Kul/Smeg/okay guys, like i said, if this is not true, please dont hate me, like i said i just wanted to share the info with you guys because we are one. If this relative is lying i will kill her!!!!!!!!!!!! the player in question is george nadira (probably got the spelling wrong) - remember from souths and newcastle. but please dont take this thread seriously. just sharing with you guys - just sharing!

He doesn't play for Newcastle anymore.
Got released, plays for kurri kurri local league…
Real average, not the best signing.
I'd be more than happy to fill in for Robbie if needed, I'm just as skilled as George Ndaira.

Cool would be great news….I look forward to hearing some sort of confirmation from Wests Tigers. No better player to back up for Robbie is someone who plays like Robbie. I am sure that with young guys in NYC they too will get their opportunity - but they need some time playing for Balmain / Wests before they venture into first grade. With George we will have a first backup with NRL experience. I am confident if true..that he will excel and we won't be disappointed. Wests Tigers 2011!!

It will be no surprise if we sign him. We've been after cheap back up for Robbie all off season. Couldn't get Aubusson or Riddell so Ndaira is good enough back up. Not sure if he's a 80 minute player though

did any team give him a chance to play 80 minutes? some players are just born to fill in the gaps. at least they played the game, and how many people can say that they've played with benji marshall.

i think it not a bad option as long as he is getting paid peanuts

x2 lol, good joke…
if the tigers do sign him, I doubt he will see much first grade.
even if Robbie does get a crack @ SOO, I wouldn't be too keen on letting Ndaira have a run in the #9

George Nadria was warming up with the first grade squad on saturday at leichhard oval, not sure who was in doubt though and whos place he was going to take

As soon as Lui improves his defense a bit more, I have no doubt he would be back up for Farah with Moltz moving in the 7.

I can't see any of our other 9's getting a run, especially Nadria.

A shame on Aubusson really. Three clubs were chasing him (we were one,) and he still walked away from the NRL at the ripe old age of 24…

Would have been a terrific alternative to Farah. Such is the beast that is Brian Smith, shafted an talented workhorse to make way for a serial knobhead with a problem on the squirt in Jake Friend.

Uncle Nick must be so proud. :unamused:

But I digress...

According to information I have just retrieved from the net, George Ndaira is of Lebanese ethnicity (good back-up for Robbie), but I think you'll find he has signed with the Kurri Bulldogs for the 2011 season. This info could be incorrect.

He is with BRET and WT. Has played for BRET in Rnd 1 and was warming up with WT on Saturday night

Hey guys I can confirm he has signed with the wests tigers a couple of weeks ago, although unsure of how long he will start in reserves and make his way up see what happens i guess!!
